“When you love what you do it is not just a job.” I have been in Real Estate for over 16 years. During this time I have been able to assist many buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate needs. Realizing each of my clients have individual and unique desires, I design a personal plan for each to help them accomplish their goal. When buyers hire me I not only do an extensive search to find ALL available properties, but I also assist them with finding a mortgage, working with inspectors and making sure everything is in order for a smooth settlement day. If it is a seller in need of my services, we create an individualized plan at our first meeting. During the sales process I will keep my clients updated as to market conditions, market the home and once a buyer is obtained I will negotiate, prepare contracts and guide my sellers through the sales process.
